This qualification is suited to a range of individuals who need to learn administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others.

Who is this training provided for:

The target market for Australian Smart College (ASC) are international (CRICOS) students who wish to undertake this course to either:  

1. Obtain work overseas in the Business Services industry (for job titles refer to vocational outcomes) or
2. Who wish to use this qualification as an entry point to higher studies in Australia e.g. Diploma.

 At a Certificate IV level it is anticipated that the typical overseas student will either be a new entrant or an existing worker with limited overseas work and learning experience.
